Yawns can be fun, too

LONDON -- Most patients on anti-depressant medication report a loss of libido. But for about 5 percent of those taking the drug Clomipramine, the opposite is true and it results in an unusual side effect.

They have orgasms when they yawn.

One woman who took the drug for three months found she could deliberately yawn, with the desired result, and wanted to stay on the medication.

Some patients on Prozac have reported similar side effects.

Man regains wallet after 45 years

September 4, 1995

OGDEN, Utah -- A construction worker renovating an old theater has recovered a wallet that a man lost over 45 years ago.

In 1949, Theo Mattson moved back to Ogden from school in California. As he often did, Theo took his best girl to the Egyptian theater for a movie.

"It was probably a Friday because we used to go to a movie on Friday," said Mattson. "That was a big thing in Ogden in the late 40s." However, he doesn't remember actually losing the wallet.

theater Today, the theater is closed for renovation, but a few days ago, a construction worker came across Mattson's wallet in a janitor's closet. "Evidently, I lost it. The janitor picked it up and put it away and took the money," said Mattson.

He's not sure how much money, but if it was much of the $35 a week he made back then, it was a lot. "If we'd lost $30, it would've been pretty traumatic," he said.

Opening the wallet, brought back a flood of memories. It contained an original copy of his navy discharge, a picture of his son as an infant, the original copy of his social security card and a picture of the girl he took to the movies that night, the girl who later became his wife.

The construction worker who found the wallet simply called all the Mattsons in the phone book. But if he would've done that a year ago, he would've never found them. They moved out of state in the 60s and didn't come back until last October.

The Mattson's plan to visit the theater once renovations are complete.
